Materials Needed: paper, scissors, glue, Kwik Stix, and beads
- Draw circles onto a piece of paper
- Fold circles in half
- Cut a small half circle out along the folded edge of the paper
- Open the paper and lay flat
- Paint with Kwik Stix
- Glue on small beads to create toppings

- Cut a small circle out from the center of a paper plate
- Cut the outer part off of the paper plate
- Paint the remaining paper plate with Kwik Stix
- Drizzle with glitter glue to look like icing!
