Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This does not include any items that are backordered or out of stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping Discount Code 

Customers are at times offered a free shipping discount code. Only 1 discount code can be applied at checkout. The free shipping code can not be combined with any other discount codes.

If a free shipping discount code is used, the order will ship out using ground no matter what shipping method was selected at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Duty Charges: International shipments may have duty and tax fees that are beyond our control and come from the shipper. These fees are not included at checkout and are not charged by The Pencil Grip, Inc. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Pencil Grip, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
